Yes, i have been play metro police faction for 2 years

Why do you want to join the CCA?:
To protect the city from anti-citizens and resistance members
What do you think the CCA will be like for you?
basicly a female with a slim build
What are you expected to do in the CCA?
Basicly follow order from a high command and patrol the city.
How are you expected to act in the CCA?
Well she will get confused sometimes during training but after that she will just focus on patroling
What is your characters background story? (250 words at least.)
Noel wells was borned after she was borned her father was killed during a riot in new york, her father was a police officer, noel wells lived without a father, she only lived with a mother, in 2005 noel wells was almost killed during a shooting in new york, during the combine invasion and after the invasion she was transfer to city 45 was destoryed by the resistance during a long battle between the combine and the resistance in city 45, noel wells was transfer into city 17 she lives her entire life there, untill the resistance does a battle against city 17 she is currently looking a lover to this day, before the invasion noel wells haded plans to commiting suicide after her mother died in a car crash, but she changed her mind and not to commit suicide, she desided to live her life looking for someone to love.
