What role do Administrators play in the world of Half-life 2?:They role-play as taking lots of responsibility and making lot of laws and doing paperwork and attempt stoping anti-citizens.
Have you been a CA before?:Yes but only once since its hard to get CA
Do you know the half life 2 canon inside and out?:Yes I know the main story and i know the half life 2 canon
Will you be activate throughout the week and weekends?:Yes
Who orders the CA's are who can you give orders to?:I can give orders to DVL,sQl,EpU and lower then OfC but you would have to give a valid reason so the SeC or CMD will follow them.

Your background story (At least 500 words) Reggy was born in Essex and Reggy was born in 1983. Reggy was a smart kid growing up, he made good grades and good attendance. Reggy had a brother and sister and grew up in a small town outside of Southend. Reggy joined the athletics team in collage and won many awards in athletics. Reggy was known for running and being a fine marksman. He was living the teen life and having a blast doing so.
Reggy found interest in law and went to law school. Reggy graduated third highest in his class and went for his doctorate and received it a few years later. Reggy was offered a job at downtown Southend court as a judge. Reggy spent two more years learning to become a judge and soon found himself high in a court room. Reggy spent most of his time with his work and family. Reggy was a man of his word and loved to be outside.
Reggy was thirty two when the seven hour war started. Reggy was at the court house finishing files on the last case he was working on when massive explosions began on the streets. Reggy was able to make to his brother’s house where there sister was. Reggy and his brother were trying to figure out what was happening and soon they heard footsteps threw the house as if someone was walking around. Reggy went to find out what it was and a man in some heavy armored suit looked at him and the last thing Reggy saw was a flash and it all went black.
Two years later Reggy and his siblings were living with him in an apartment complex. Blue colored jumpsuits that had numbers. Reggy was given a work schedule and he was working restocking civil workers supplies. He was working all the time, every day. Reggy's siblings worked in the civil workers union offices doing paper work. Reggy soon landed a job as a civil worker managing back stock.
Reggy liked the Universal Union, Kind of, for keeping him alive after the fact they were going to kill him when his house was raided a few years back. But Reggy’s siblings were able to keep Reggy and them alive because they came without fighting; if they fought they were killed along with me. Reggy was thinking that the Universal Union is here to “Help” in a way. That the Patrols are only to keep us safe and the raids and searches are only to keep cites and the union safe.
Reggy was asked to apply for the City Administrator by the City 8 Administrator. He worked on it and soon the City Administrator of City 8 came out to see what city 24 was up too and found Reggy. Reggy told the City Administrator what he was planning on doing and the Administrator and they talked for about a hour about his own work and what he does when he had to leave back for City 8, He also said the City Administrator was to be moving to another city to take control over it and there would have to be a new City Administrator here, He said this was the best timing Reggy ould have ever had.
IC: Why you want to become the City Administrator (At least 300 words)
I have worked very hard as a citizen and I applied for CW and I would just love to keep the UU safe and the citizens but I want to stop danger from all them savages (rebels) killing innocent people and killing CPs,I want to make the city safe and lead it.
IC: Why should you be chosen to to be the Civil Administrator?: (At least 100 words)
I want to guide the Universal Union in aid of helping the citizens of earth. I want to see respect and authority show to our units. I can lead this city to my fullest ability and stand strong leading it and make sure protection is always ready to do anything to stop danger.
