What experience do you have roleplaying as a CP?
I've played on many servers. Having been well respeceted by the playerbase of almost every server I was in, I have been the rank of DvL usually to the technical division.

Why do you want to join the CCA?:
Through all the servers I’ve been through, being on the CCA faction has 9 times out of 10 always been the most enjoyable, so, bringing what I enjoy to now what I know as a good community would be good fun. I have always been one to create good fun and events that include the entire playerbase through my rank of DvL is ast servers. Most enjoyed these events, so maybe I can bring my past experience here.
What do you think the CCA will be like for you?
I do think it'd be a new experience in a way. I have never had a fully play with the map that is currently set (City 17), and want t osee what it could bring.
What are you expected to do in the CCA?
The CCA is basically the more mature players of the community. They are those who new players look to for education and what not.
How are you expected to act in the CCA?
Very mature, show new people around, though ICly, beginning at the rank of RCT, you are 'nice' but progressing through ranks, you become more strict and mean.
What is your characters background story? (2 paragraph at least.)
Brian was born in Ireland in 1989, into a poor family. He grew up in a town with a bad name for itself, so because of this, life was tough for him and his family. Brian’s Father was a private Security Guard, and his mother was a Nurse in the local hospital. Jason’s family was well known around the area for being one of the few good families around the area. When Brian was 7, he came home from school. Just as he walked in his door, the phone rang, and his mother was there to pick it up. As Brian went up to his room, he heard his mother start to scream and cry. Brian ran down the stairs and seen his mother on the floor, on her knees, with the phone lying beside her. Brian ran up to his mother and dropped beside her as his eyes began to tear up. He later found out his father had been murdered while on the job.
Ten years had then passed since his father’s death. Brian decided that at the end of his current school year, he would drop out, not finishing his final exam. He would spend the next year sitting on his computer, studying about how they work. He had also taken up a part-time job in a Garage, where he would do general bits to cars and engines.
Another year had passed and Brian had finally saved up enough money, along with some that his Mother had given him, which he could go to college. He sent in his application to DIT, and later found out that he was accepted into the college as one of the top students. He applied to an electrical mechanics course, and would spend the next four year here.
He woke up in his apartment on a normal morning. But on this morning he, felt a shake in the ground. He stood up to look outside, while all he could see was the combine on the streets, shooting and killing many people he knew. He fell back from the window onto the floor. He then heard a slam on his door. The door was then kicked in, and two combine units charged through. The units came in with guns pointed at his head. One of them hit him in the head with the gun, and he was knocked unconscious. He then woke up about 8 hours later, in a small metal room. As he woke up, a light appeared in the side of it as a door opened. He was then dragged out and thrown into large warehouse with other people. He was quickly given a city jumpsuit, and an ID card. He was then held down while a branding iron burned a barcode and number to his wrist. The next thing he knew, he was being moved to City 23. He spent a year here and was then moved to City 8. He spent less than two months here before being finally thrown into City 7.

/me would push open the door to his apartement.
/me takes his key from his back pocket, locking the door as he closes it .
/me turns to the fridge in the room as he pulls the door open.
/me takes a can of Breen's Water and a Citizen Suppliment jar from it.
/me then closes the door, turning to a chair in the room, sitting down on it.
/me lays his items on the table in front of him, as he opens the items.
/me would throw the containers of the items onto the floor of the apartment, as he stands from the table.
/me heads to the door, unlocking it, and opening it after.
/me would closes the door behind him, walking down the stairs and out to the plaza.
/me would walk to a bench in the plaza, sitting beside a friend, as he starts a conversation.

Through my time of staying in this city, I have seen my fair share of bad activities. Though the city is in the capable hands of the CCA, I feel I could give them an extra hand, expending my life for those of the Union.
I, Brian Phewlan have been absolutely truthful in my application and understand any false information will lead to my tracking and detainment.
I also agree that poor performance, attitude or behavior will lead to my termination in the Combine Civil Authority.
