What experience do you have roleplaying as an OTA unit?: I've been an Overwatch unit back in CombineControl, I even had an EOW rank there. I was also an OTA on DDG, along with being a NPA and an OTA shotgunner.
Why should you be trusted with this whitelist?: I'm a Honorable Member along with having a plenty of whitelists here.
How do the OTA work in the half-life 2 world?: The Overwatch engages in City only when it's Judgement Waiver or any lockdown higher.
How do the OTA carry out their orders?: They don't take orders from anyone in MPF unless they're an OfC+. They do their job quickly without asking "why?" when they get given an order.
How do the OTA speak? What do they talk like? They talk robot-alike. They mostly use the radio codes and terminology unlike an average MPF unit. They never laugh, they're speaking all times serious.
Why do you want to join the OTA?: I'd like to experience being an Overwatch Transhuman Arm unit here, and I would like to be one since this is one of the only HL2:RP servers I play on.
What do you think the OTA will be like for you?: An Overwatch unit will be an interesting RP character to spend time on. I think that on this server, OTA whitelist will be much different.
What are you expected to do in the OTA?: Engage in Judgement Waiver, stay in Nexus if there is no lockdown. Raid the possible, or known rebel bases, secure the City Administrator during an event and much more.
How are you expected to act in the OTA?: Emotionless, serious, unfriendly and completely robotic.
Backstory
Oswald Sterling was a man who was addicted of a sport known as 'Basketball'. As a child and even as an adult, he made and had over thousand bets just on Basketball, most of times he won, obviously sometimes lost. Oswald loved Basketball so much that he usually was skipping class, giving him a lot of bad grades. He never went to High School, resulting him making a job at McDonalds. Oswald's payment gave him just enough money to feed himself. He had a lot of dreams about joining famous Basketball teams one day, hoping that he'll get better paid.
Unfortunarely, Oswald's dreams never came true.
It was a regular Holiday. Oswald was at his apartment, watching his favorite TV show. It was all nice until the Breaking News came, interrupting Oswald's favorite TV show. The news said that some kind of 'aliens' were invading Earth. Oswald was terrified, peeking out of the window as he saw the Synths destroying everything on their sight. Striders and Gunships were everywhere, doing the same job Synths were doing. Luckily, an untouched forest was near the apartment building. Oswald jumped out of the window, landing on the ground. He ran towards the forest, his face shows him being terrified and scared for his life. He was stealthy and hid in the forest during the entire 7 Hour War. Oswald was lost in thoughts what would happen next, watching how a lot of tall buildings collapse due to the Strider's cannon. He cared about what would happen next just as equally as is he going to die.
A lot of questions were struggling through Oswald's head during the entire war, until silence has arrived. Oswald saw how people were given blue jumpsuits, he asked a plenty of them. Most of them just didn't respond, being depressed. Some said "we lost". Oswald was quickly relocated to City 45, a few months later to City 18.

Unknown Rebel yells "There they are!"

** The other OTA units open fire at the rebels aswell.

** The entire rebel crowd slowly gets killed, one by one.
