Reason For Evaluation : Subject was displeased with previous evaluation from an 03 HELIX unit,requestedan actual evaluation from a professional A re-evaluation.
Physical Evaluation : Subject appeared to have some minor cuts and bruises scattered throughout her body,blood pressure appears to be lower than average and brain activity seems to be regular. There is still a chip attached to her brain from the "Chuckie" Incident,but doesn't appear to be affecting her. Cuts will heal in roughly 1-2 weeks,along with the bruises. Subject was given pills to lower blood pressure,reason for this is unknown but whoever gave them to herdidn't know what they were doing weren't skilled enough to perform the evaluation. I don't even know why an 03 was trusted with this job. Blood pressure should return to normal after a day. Subject was bleeding slightly from her right arm,a very small hole,once tested it was shown that there was traces of Ketamine in her system,and was applied to an area with very little chemical effectiveness. Seriously,who gave her the injection? Your aim is absolute shite.
Mental Evaluation : Subject appeared to have traumatic memories from her experiences after Sector 17 was abandoned,she states she was kidnapped by rebels and mildly tortured,however,she was released because she "Was technically on their side." When asked to explain in further detail,she stated that this is because she assists in raising citizen moral. Subject can be overcome with thoughts,but this isn't a mental problem,it's just anDangerously Imaginative mind. Subject was somewhat disappointed by the MPF due to the lack of respect they seem to treat her with. Treat her with respect or I'll cut off your dick. She was relatively normal otherwise.
Verdict : No need for any medication of the sort,physically the subject is slightly damaged but it will heal shortly,and mentally it won't affect her work.Now don't give an 03 authorization to undress my fucking daughter.
