What experience do you have roleplaying as a CP?
I have significant experience as an MPF. I have had a SWORD DvL, a HELIX DvL, and a JUDGE Officer, and have around a year to two years worth of roleplaying as them.
How do the MPF work in the Half-Life 2 world?
They are much like the real worlds police force, but more brutal and unforgiving. They must remain loyal and follow all orders. They patrol the streets in search of civil dispute and any behavior deemed un-civil and take action against it. They have several divisions, such as HELIX which is centered around medical expertise, and Union which is your jack-of-all-trades division which mainly does patrols.
Why should you be entrusted with a whitelist as important as this?
I have valuable experience that I can bring to the MPF, and would never abuse a whitelist such as this, as well as my four, going on five, ears of roleplaying experience.
On your first day as a CP, a lone citizen runs up to you with a weapon in his hand - a stunstick that he had taken from another unit. He'd attempt to hit you; how do you respond to this?
Being my first day, I'd try and avoid the civilian while calling for back up. If need be I would attempt to disarm and restrain the citizen. RCT's do not have the needed training to handle this kind of situation.
On your first day, you get a radio call stating "11-99 Officer needs immediate assistance. Code red." what do you do?:
Absolutely nothing. As an RCT you should never blindly rush out into a situation like that. If 05 or higher, you ask for their 10-20, and respond accordingly.
You are patrolling the plaza like normal when suddenly a normal citizen comes up to you and says "Hello, officer. How is your day going?" how do you respond?
I tell them to move along. As a CP ones needs to be focused on their tasks, not idly chit chatting with civilians. If they persisted I would begin to get more forceful, and after a few warnings would arrest them for attempting to impede a units patrol.

Why do you want to join the CCA?
On the first server I applied for MPF on, it was because I wanted to see the other side of the coin than what we saw in Half-Life 2. I wanted to know what things where like for the combine, to see how the handled things, how they really acted. Once I was approved and started my first day...I was absolutely hooked. I loved the union they had, how they handled training, I just loved everything about it. I'm applying here as this is natural to me now, and I miss having my CP.
What do you think the CCA will be like for you?
Since I haven't actually had an MPF in at least a year, I predict it will be slow at first, but once I get back in the swing of things I should be rolling through the ranks like nothing (not say I actually will, but I'll try my best to be a great Civil protection unit)
What are you expected to do in the CCA?
To uphold order via the laws of the Universal Union.
How are you expected to act in the CCA?
I will be expected to be mature and wise about my decisions and actions, as they will not only affect myself, but others on the server as well. Poor execution of a CP character will make people not want to be on the server, in addition to not playing with that person.
Please write an at least 12 line roleplay example. (Using RP terms and techniques)

MPF-02.SWORD.41039 walks to the civilian, who is now attempting to hide the book.
MPF-02.SWORD.41039 says, "Apply."
MPF-02.SWORD.41039 also says, "And show me that book!"
*The citizen slowly tries to back away.
MPF-02.SWORD.41039 says forcefully, "Show me the book."
*The civilian then tries to run for it.
MPF-02.SWORD.41039 radios in "<::Requesting assistance. Civilian in possession of a potentially banned book and is fleeing the scene.::>"
MPF-01.UNION.59836 radios back, "<::10-4. Inbound::>"
MPF-02.SWORD.41039 then goes to follow the civilian.

MPF-05.HELIX.19003 walks into the HELIX Division Leader's Office.
MPF-05.HELIX.19003 says "Sir, I would like to request a transfer to SWORD."
MPF-DvL.HELIX.99724 turns to the 05, and then picks up a document on his desk.
MPF-Dvl.HELIX.99724 says, "The placement test clearly shows that you are best suited for HELIX. Why is it that you want to be transferred to SWORD?"
MPF-05.HELIX.19003 replies "Well, to be completely honest sir, I'd rather be out in the field working to bring down anti-citizens, then in the Nexus working with injured units."
MPF-DvL.HELIX.99724 says, "Part of HELIX's duties is to assist injured units out in the field, in addition to doing so in the Nexus."
MPF-05.HELIX.19003 says, "But sir!"
MPF-DvL.HELIX.99724 shouts "ENOUGH!"
MPF-05.HELIX.19003 recoils backwards at being yelled out.
MPF-DvL.HELIX.99724 says, "Finish training, see how you handle working with HELIX then we'll discuss this again at a later date."
MPF-05.HELIX.19003 says, "Yes sir."

I wished to join the CCA so that my fellow man will be able to have a peaceful life without worry of harm from those who wish to cause chaos, I am re-apply so that I am continue my continued service for the Universal Union.
I, James Madeno have been absolutely truthful in my application and understand any false information will lead to my tracking and detainment.
I also agree that poor performance, attitude or behavior will lead to my termination in the Combine Civil Authority.
