I feel that being 01+ is now massively limiting which RP you can have,and I am offended by how only ERPers are getting this hate. I don't see any rules saying you can't passiveRP at 01+ yet we're not allowed to have relationships or ERP on these characters. I understand how it'd be difficult to ERP as an EpU+ but that's our problem,not yours. Stop forcing us to not do things you don't want. I just want the freedom of RP.
Tonnes of passiveRP has been limited by this rule,and the punishment is too harsh for something that doesn't even affect them.

It's not the problem that High Command can't ERP - which they probably can't anyways because they're lacking the proper organs to do so - it's that they're brainwashed and they have loyalty implanted. ERP is against the law of the Universal Union, so there's all most no way in hell ERP in HC would happen.

That's for the lower ranked units. The higher ranked units wouldn't even want to have sex. They have the desire for sex replaced with other things such as combat training.

The desire isn't necessarily replaced. It's just something they don't really care for anymore, because it goes against the regulations of the Union, and their means of reproduction is nullified. Eunuchs don't care about sex after they get their balls chopped off.

I don't care about the sex,really. I just want units to be able to have a relationship,doesn't have to be sexual,but I want to have some "More than friends" characters. Because it's hard as fuck to not ERP when you're flirting with another unit.

I don't see how it's hard not to have sex when flirting. When I flirt with people. I don't think to myself "OMG I WANT SEX" as it doesn't have to lead to that 100% of the time.

As noted; 01+ COULD in theory date and stuff. But... they have no want to. They're brainwashed to do their job and little else. It may be bad but it's kinda how it is. Lower-ranks are free to date or even bang for credits. 01+ have no junk and their whole lives are doing their job. They likely can and do feel something for other Units now and again but it isn't something they'd set up to "date" and make it official. It just... is.
01+ Are transhuman. They simply don't care like a lower rank would.
That's my view, anyway.

Not fair, but if you're going to count changed into yes for relationships, you should probably include 01 into ground units and have 05-01 have that right - just not HC. Also, HC fraternizing with lower ranking units could be troublesome for the sake of favoritism among other things.
