How Long have you been on the server?:
Approximately three days. While it may not seem trustworthy to grant a whitelist to someone with such little experience, I feel that I have proven a bit of my worth here as a Scanner.
What whitelists do you have on the server at the minute?:
Only Scanner at the moment.
What Creature do you want to be? (Headcrab,Zombie,Antlion) :
Zombie.
Explain what a (Headcrab,Zombie,Antlion) Is:
A zombie is a regular human being that has been attacked by a Headcrab, a creature from the borderworld of Xen. The Headcrab latches onto it's victim's head, causing a lot of pain in the process. Once attached, it is extremely difficult/near impossible to remove it as it latches onto the central nervous system of whatever it is attached to which grants them control over it. They also feed via this method.
How do they fight/protect themselves?:
For the former, Zombies will attacks via their mutated and elongated claws, attempting to cut prey. For the latter, it is non-existent as Zombies do not attempt to protect themselves from harm. (Walking into oncoming cars, etc)
Why do you want to be a (Headcrab,Zombie,Antlion)?:
I have never played the whitelist before and am hoping to get a good start on it here. I have also never seen anyone else with this whitelist.
Backstory (175 words minimum) [Obviously OOC as these creatures cannot write]:
The sound of the sewer water sloshing beneath Allen's feet gave him worry, hoping not to get spotted. He knew he wasn't allowed to be in the sewers but he couldn't stand it up there anymore. Not with all the "Re-educations" and such he had to face. He's rather stay here and drink the sewer water. The rotten stench of decaying...something was unnerving him. He was hoping he wouldn't find a body down here.
He just wandered for a good while, trying his best not to make noise. He was only just below the street, after all. Finally getting out the water any emptying his shoes, he made his way around the other underground areas, looking for anything of interest. All long as they weren't in a gas mask, he was fine with whoever he found. Walking down a long corridor, he heard a strange scratching sound coming from one of the doors. He was over to it and listened for a while. It was something clawing at the door. "H..." He considered for a moment, he didn't want any CPs to know he was there. But if it was a CP, they would just break the door down and he couldn't live with walking away if there was a person trapped inside. Taking a deep breath, he spoke up. "Hello? Is anyone in there?" The scratching stopped. Without another thought, he slowly raised his hand to the door hand, turning it and opening the door. He poked his head inside, looking for anyone. The first thing he saw made him regret it. A small fleshy creature beside the door, looking back at him. When he said he was fine with anything he found, this was't what he meant. Before he could even shut the door, the creature leapt towards him, grabbing onto his head. He stumbled into the room, trying to pull off him in a panic. It only took a few seconds before began to lose consciousness, stumbling to the ground where he stopped moving.
Several hours later, the was a ruckus from the room, a banging on the door. It eventually got louder and louder until the door was finally forced open, a horrid, mutated mess of a man stumbled out. His clothes were stained in blood, his entire chest was torn open, all his inner organs being completely exposed. It let out a pained moan before beginning to wander the sewers, just as it had before.
Do you promise not to abuse this whitelist?:

Give a 15 line RP example INCLUDING the creature you are applying for (Use as many RP techniques as possible):
-Two Citizens are wandering the sewers-
Zombie spots the wandering citizens, letting out a pained moan and beginning to shuffle toward them.
Paul Jedd says: "Ah shit, zombie!"
Aaron Rael attempts to find a weapon nearby
Aaron Rael has rolled 60 out of 100
Aaron Rael pulls a loose pipe from the wall, getting ready to fight off the creature with it.
Zombie attempts to slash at Aaron Rael with his claws.
Aaron Rael blocks the attack with his Pipe, it being knocked from his hands in the process.
Paul Jedd picks up the pipe and attempt to hit the zombie where the Headcrab is mounted.
*The Headcrab is knocked from the zombie's head, the host body hitting the ground with a thud on top of the Headcrab.
Paul Jedd drops the Pipe with a pant.
Aaron Real says: "Thanks. Does he have anything on him?"
Paul Jedd says: "I dunno."
Paul Jedd kneels down to the body, looking through the blood-stained pockets.
*The body shifts about a bit of the ground, despite the Headcrab not controlling it anymore.
Aaron Raed says: "Dude, hold on a second. Get away from him."
Paul Jedd says: "Why? He's dead."
A Headcrab crawls out from beneath the body, hissing at the two.
Paul Jedd panics, trying to get up before the Headcrab can attack.
Paul Jedd has rolled 32 out of 100
Paul Jedd slips on the sewer water, falling flat on his face again.
*The Headcrab jumps at the man, latching onto his head.
Paul Jedd attempts to pull the Headcrab off of him, to no avail.
*The man begins to lose consciousness a few seconds later, eventually being completely knocked out.
Aaron Raed approaches him but doesn't want to touch him, in complete shock.
Aaron Raed takes off running, wanting to get far away from the situation.
