Why do you want to be a Scanner?: I want to be a Scanner to improve my RP experience with this whitelist,and to help the Universal Union by taking pictures of any anti-civil activity.
What experience, if any, do you have as a scanner?: I have never been a scanner before,though I read all the guides and wiki of Scanners,and I think I am ready to begin my first encounter with this Whitelist.
Why can you be trusted as one?: I can be trusted to get this important whitelist because I am a decent and mature RPer,and I am trusted by most of the staff.Also,I have never abused any of the whitelists I have,and I never abused as a Class 1 operator.
If you are attacked what do you do?: If the violator owned a meele weapon,I would fly a bit higher so he can not reach me,and I would keep taking pictures of him and following him,until the MPF catches him.However,if he owned a firearm,I would try to blind him with my flash,to give me some time,then I would take pictures of him and hope that the CPs will arrive fast.If I am severly damaged,I would fly into him,to injure him too.
What is dispatch?: The Dispatch is an Artificial Intelligence device with a female voice that broadcasts orders to Civil Protection units via their communication radios,as well as via local PA systems.
How does Dispatch work?: The Dispatch announces important messages to both Citizens,MPF and OTA,via the PA systems or Radios.She sometimes announces the threat of "permanent off-world relocation" to various people,aswell as Ration opening,Judgement Waiver,Autonomous Judgement,etc.
If you see a mugging what do you do?: If I see a mugging I would approach the scene and take some pictures,and inform the MPF of the violation.If the violator would attempt to escape,I would tail him,and keep the MPF updated of his 10-20.
Do you know ALL - Codes, Conduct, Verdict codes, Radio Codes, Violations, Rules perfectly in the MPF/OTA and Citizens? : I can't say I know them all,but I know the most important and most used ones.I keep a guide opened all the time,in case I don't remember something so codes,verdicts,etc. won't be a problem.
Explain what a Scanner is: A City Scanner is a lightly armored,flying security camera used by the Combine to monitor different cities' (in our case,City 13) resudebts.They are equipped with a searchlight and a camera used to take pictures.When taking an image,the camera emmits a flash that can temporarly blind a person,even when not looking directly at the camer.
Write a 12 line minimum RP example as a scanner:
**MPF.SCN.35312 flies across the street,ocasionally looking left and right for any kind of movement.
**MPF.SCN.35312 notices no kind of dynamic activity,and enters a tight,dark alley
Rebel says "Take it and don't tell anyone about it,okay ?"
**Rebel smiles as he passes the gray,rusty 9mm to the man.
Refugee says "I sure won't."
**Rebel turns left as he says "Alright,now let's get back in the sl-"
**MPF.SCN.35312 notices the two individuals,and quickly takes three pictures of them.
Rebel says "Shit man,take out your pistol!We can't let this one compromise us!"
**Refugee unholsters his pistol,and quickly aims at the Scanner
**MPF.SCN.35312 emmits a strong flash,that would blind both individuals for a short time
MPF.SCN.35312 radios in "647E SPOTTED DISTRIBUTING RED MARKED CONTRABAND. 10-20: ALLEY NEARBY BLOCK C."
MPF-02.UNION.91542 radios in "Copy that,inbound."
MPF-04.GRID.28153 radios in "Rodger that."
**The blinding effect is gone,leaving the two with a perfect view
**Refugee would squeeze the trigger,firing a 9mm bullet towards the Scanner.
**MPF.SCN.35312 would get hit,the light armor plate bending a little
**Rebel would unholster his MP7 and aim at the Scanner,bursting several bullets towards him
**MPF.SCN.35312 gets stormed by the MP7 bullets,and slowly loses control.
**Rebel reloads
Refugee says "I'm out of ammo man!"
**MPF.SCN.35312 takes two more pictures before crashing into the rebel violently.
**MPF.SCN.35312 crashed into the anti-citizen,injuring him.
**A metal piece from the destroyed scanner flies towards the Rebel,stabbing him the the neck zone.
**Rebel would scream in pain,and drop the gun.
MPF-02.UNION.91542 yells "Hold it right there !"
MPF-04.GRID.28153 yells "Don't move !"
**Refugee would raise both his hands up,with a sad grin on his face.
**Rebel would quickly remove the metal piece from his neck,before applying pressure on the would with both his hands to avoid bleeding out.
**MPF-02.UNION.91542 would keep his MP7 aimed at the anti-citizens,and would get closer,attempting to knock the one in white clothes out.
MPF-02.UNION.91542 rolled 20 out of 100.
Refugee rolled 12 out of 100.

**MPF-04.GRID.28153 slowly moves in,attempting to kick the rebel in the head.
