Why do you want to be a Scanner?:
I want to patrol and keep the city safe from malignant citizens

I have none, but I'm willing to learn.
Why can you be trusted as one?:
I won't abuse my power by reporting false situations.
If you are attacked what do you do?:
Take a picture and alert units to the suspect, then fly back to nexus to get pictures processed.
What is dispatch?:
Dispatch is the people who inform me what is happening and tell me where to patrol (what events are happening and the such).
How does Dispatch work?
:Dispatch will radio me of an event, and I will go to take pictures of suspects, then I will report back to the nexus.
If you see a mugging what do you do?:
Take picture of suspect, then I will go back to the nexus.
Do you know ALL - Codes, Conduct, Verdict codes, Radio Codes, Violations, Rules perfectly in the MPF/OTA and Citizens?

A scanner is a flying surveillance bot that takes pictures of suspects, then reports them to local units
Write a 12 line minimum RP example as a scanner: /me floats out of the nexus observing the citizens in the plaza
, /me following suspicious citizen, /me attempts to dodge attacker, /roll, /me slowly loses stability from gun shot, /me explodes from another gun shot, /me makes beeping noises to alert the guards. /me loses track of suspect, /r 10-79, /r 10-80, /me attempts to dodge thrown rock, /me gets hit by thrown rock and crashes to the ground.
