Hello, I am just saying I have an idea, if we apply in game it would be realistic but in OOC app its normal but in game when you become one, it's like your character got randomly promoted agree? I think there should be a place in-game to apply newspapers and boxs saying denied and accepted and whoevers is accepted the person who accepted the persons app makes them an MPF or whatever.

Need:
Room to apply.
Boxs saying: ACCEPTED and DENIED and MPF APP/ OTA APP.
Person to accept/deny the applications.
