What experience do you have roleplaying as a CP?: I have been an MPF unit on several other servers, ranging from 05 rank to the DvL of STORM.
How do the MPF work in the half-life 2 world? The purpose of the MPF in the Half-Life 2 world is basically to keep the peace in the cities. They have units on patrol who deal with any situations quickly, as well as other divisions with different purposes. For example, the GRID division is mainly made up of units with mechanical expertise, whereas the UNION division is mainly patrolling units.
Why should you be entrusted with a whitelist as important as this? I should be trusted with this whitelist as I am a very mature and sensible member of the HL2RP community. Never once have I abused any powers, whether they be IC or OOC, and I believe the fact I was entrusted as the STORM DvL should show that.
On your first day as a CP, a lone citizen runs up to you with a weapon in his hand - a stunstick that he had taken from another unit. He'd attempt to hit you; how do you respond to this? As an 05 unit, you wouldn't really be very strong or have great reaction time, so my unit would most likely respond with something like this: '/me turns around, hearing the sound of a stun baton swinging near him.' Then I would probably do another /me to show the unit's weakness: '/me does not turn round quick enough and gets hit around the head with the stun baton.' Then, the rest of the RP would continue as it would, with the citizen going at the unit, while the unit either dodges, swings back or gets hit again.
On your first day, you get a radio call stating "11-99 Officer needs immediate assistance. Code red." what do you do?: As an 05 unit, it wouldn't be a very good idea to go charging to the officer's aid, as it is likely you would get shot or killed. Instead, I would go to find a higher ranked unit, inform him and then go with him to aid the officer, as then the units would have more chance to win in that situation.
You are patrolling the plaza like normal when suddenly a normal citizen comes up to you and says "Hello, officer. How is your day going?" how do you respoond?: In my eyes, that would all depend on the unit's in the MPF. For example, a lower ranked unit, like an 05 or 04, would most likely respond with a small answer, such as, 'It's good. Now I have to patrol, so leave me be.' However, a higher ranked unit, such as an 01 or EpU, would respond much more harshly, perhaps saying something such as, 'Hmph. Get out of my face unless you want to be re-educated.'

Why do you want to join the CCA? - I wish to join the CCA as I believe that helping to keep the peace on the streets and dealing with crime is one of the best ways to aid the Union, and it would also give me a chance to prove my worth in this city.
What do you think the CCA will be like for you? - I think that training and being in the lower ranks will most likely be a harsh and challenging experience, but if I manage to get through that, it will give me an opportunity to aid the Union in a more direct fashion giving me a better experience of life in this city
What are you expected to do in the CCA? - In the CCA, you are expected to help keep the peace in the city, and show people that disobedience is a very bad decision to make. You do this by enforcing the Union's laws onto people who act against them, whether that be re-education, or amputation, or anything else.
How are you expected to act in the CCA? - In the CCA, you are expected to act like an enforcer of the Union. As such, you do not act immature, and you do not abuse your power as a unit to force citizens to give you things or do tasks for you, unless they wish to. In short, you are expected to act with responsibility, and not abuse your power.

MPF.UNION-05.98898: Another day, another patrol... Why didn't I choose GRID...
*MPF.UNION-05.98898 stops in his tracks as he sees a citizen on the ground in front of him, looking battered and bruised.
MPF.UNION-05.98898: Shit! What happened?
*The citizen doesn't respond. It appears he is having trouble breathing
MPF.UNION-05.98898 radios in, 'We have a badly injured citizen. 10-20 is the RDT. Appears to have been beaten in a violent attack and is having trouble breathing. Need an APEX unit here now!'
*An APEX unit rushes from the nexus to the 05's location, medical equipment at the ready.
*The APEX unit inspects the citizen, and then radios in, 'He's in a critical condition, we need to get him to the infirmary in the nexus, quick! Clear a space!'
APEX unit: Help me carry him to the nexus infirmary, 05.
*The two units grab the citizen's arms and carry him into the nexus and eventually get him onto an infirmary table.
*The APEX unit performs a more in depth inspection of the citizen, and then says: 'His vitals seem stable, he'll be able to survive if I help him now. After this, I'll talk to your DvL about this, because this deserves a promotion in my eyes. You worked well today, 05. Now, get out of here.

Explain your reason for applying for the CCA and wishing to become a Civil Protection Unit: I have applied for the CCA because I believe that it is my civil duty to aid the Union in it's efforts to maintain peace and order in this city, and becoming a Civil Protection Unit is one of the most direct ways to do so, and I feel that my previous experiences in the MPF will aid this city's GRID division.
I, George Greene. have been absolutely truthful in my application and understand any false information will lead to my tracking and detainment.
I also agree that poor performance, attitude or behavior will lead to my termination in the Combine Civil Authority.
