Are they a player or an admin?: Players.
What did they do?: They started minging on the server, grouping up a bunch of minges. DeShawn started minging by passing the combine forcefield, climbing up the watchtower and starting to suicide. He started bunnyhopping around the streets, bunnyhopping in Nexus and using Internet slangs such as "lmao" IC. In meanwhile, Simon started mingepunching everyone and following DeShawn.
Evidence: The entire server, around 2:50 PM (GMT +3 timezone) was a witness of this. I couldn't capture any screenshots but only logs that I got PMed with by other players.
