Are they a player or an admin?: Player

What did they do?: Whenever I want to RP with his player, he refuses to do so and starts being mingey, along with calling me 'edgy'. Now he started refusing RP by grabbing a prop out of trainstation when I was about to interrogate him, got outside and attempted to propkill another player and me. He started exploiting out of the map just to take that prop to there, I wanted him to get IC but he keeps on refusing after he dropped it in there.
He never gets IC about anything and complains by my each action and it's annoying.
He also crashed the server by right-clicking a combine lock.

If you don't care about roleplaying with others, then you should get back to a DarkRP server if you wish, we do not accept immature and the lack of common sense people. I'll give you the final punishment AFTER the witness confirms this.
