How do the OTA carry out their orders?
They are usually only sent in for dangerous tasks, so when given an order, they are to go to said situation, and complete their objective, they aren't going in with the mindset of failure being the second best option. That is their lowest priority.
How do the OTA speak? What do they talk like?
Monotone-like, they are memory wiped individuals, so they act like and speak like robots. They have no emotions, and will not respond to people whom are not meant to be there to initiate their objective.

Why do you want to join the OTA?:
I think i'd like to see some diversity among the Universal Union forces on the server, and would love to have the opportunity to do so. Enforcing laws with a robot-like behavior seems like a perfect job.
What do you think the OTA will be like for you?
I think it'll be strict, but once I have everything down, I think it'll be smooth sailing from there on.
What are you expected to do in the OTA?
Follow my orders and complete said objectives. I won't be needed 24/7, so i'll stay in the Nexus, until deployed.
How are you expected to act in the OTA?
Strictly, no betrayal is permitted. Follow and complete orders and protect all the Universal Union has created.
What is your characters background story? (250 words at least.)
Esko's family, was an odd bunch. His parents never really paid attention to him or his accomplishments. He grew up lonely, but that wasn't always on his mind. His mind was set on space, he wanted to become an astronaut. He studied hard through his childhood, used the extra time given to him to research the basics of science. Upon graduating, his mind was set on going to college and getting his degree in rocket science. He failed at that however, whenever the Universal Union came his dreams were partly shattered. The Universal Union split up his family and he was sent to sector alone. At first he was devastated, his mind set on the destruction of the Universal Union, but then as he realized his family were alright, and they were working hard to gain possible better living conditions, he changed almost as drastically as the event of the combine coming itself. His eyes were set upon the Overwatch Units now, if he couldn't accomplish his old dreams, he wanted this more than anything. He started with the very basics, working, gaining loyalty and trust from the Metropolitan Units, he tried his best to report contraband, and suspicious citizens, he wanted to gain an entirely respectful status before he applied, so he kept at it, sometimes it was scrubbing the streets, other times it was simply fixing a broken machine, but time went on and he finally decided he was ready to put in his application. He wasn't sure it would be accepted, all he could do is hope now.

I wish to do my part, and help out the Overwatch forces.
