What experience do you have roleplaying as a CP?
I have alot of experience, around five years in total. I have been at every possible rank and I have a good understanding in leadership, the HL2 LORE, the functions and diéalogic of the Civil Protection and orginazational structure.
How do the MPF work out in the half-life 2?
The Job of an Civil Protection unit is to Protect the civillized society and any other kind of possible Dangerous thing.
Units Patrol around the City, when something is requested units will respond to it. Finding Anti-Citizens is a part of our duty to annihilate them. Any inaction is conspiracy and leas to permanent off-world service assignment.
Why should you be entrusted with a whitelist as important as this?
As I have a lot of experince regarding the Metropolice Force, I belive that I should be granted this whitelist, as I have so much experince regarding this faction. In each community that I have joined I made it to the tops. I always made it as the biggest 'intention', or whatever kind of ranking system that they had. For example I made it as an i2, at LemonPunch. I always used to play as a CP, because I do really enjoy how they work and behave.
On your first day as a CP, a lone citizen runs up to you with a weapon in his hand - a stunstick that he had taken from another unit. He'd attempt to hit you; how do you respond to this?
As soon I regonize the citizen sprinting up to me with a 94; Weapon I will radio in "CP requesting backup at CP-HP#1. 647 with 94; Weapon.". I would attempt to reach for by stunbaton and flick it on, if successed raise it to my shoulder level. Acknowleding that the non-citizen will attack to kill. I will simply attempt to dodge as many times as possible, perhaps even hitting him a few times. Holding him at the area until reinforcements comes by.
If there is no units online I would most likely attempt to win by myself or hide behind a seurced containment field.

Why do you want to join the CCA?
I would like to join the Civil Protection forces because I wishes to be enlisted and enstrusted with the Community and to show my roleplay skills and experience of own professionality to the community and I wish to be known in the community. I would like to join to experience my own roleplay and to become a enlisted part of the Universal Union and to serve them with all respect. There's no doubt that being a citizen is fun and interesting, but I would like to expand that just a bit more, by granting myself a whitelist such as this one. The Metropolice Force is a nice place to start, as it has a big role in this gamemode, and is one of the core elements, to make this gamemode perfect. They really have a big impact, of how the canon is going to work out, as the Metropolice Force is basically one of the main factions in this gamemode.
What do you think the CCA will be like for you?
I except the Metropolice Force to be a socio-stabilization team doing thier job perfectly without mistakes detected. I think I will be fairly threatet to my character and out of character and to establish trustment to me. I think I will be trained and awared with respect for my duties and my loyality.
What are you expected to do in the CCA?
I am expected to follow the regularly HL2 Cannon and to inititate obeyment of higher ranked commanding units. To show professional preformances and be a sign of the server to show players good view of the server. I am expected to show a respondability of server and union, and to follow my authorizations of lawful rank.
How are you expected to act in the CCA?
I am expected to act professional and strict to the civillized society and to show respect to my commanders and teammates.
What is your characters background story? (250 words at least.)
Born in 1994 (age 23) to his 41year old mother in a small wisconsin town Dylan grew up without his father. All throughout his younger years he watched "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" wondering how he could make people laugh like the protagonist did. His peers riticuled him for his cheesey sense of humor and slow wit. This would give him a thick skin to others later on in life. As he grew older Some of his dreams were to aspire business and administration. in 2004 he was a greenhorn, un-wise to the ways of the world and society around him, he soon grew into a strong and deeply scrupulous man who was rooted in his ideology and morales. He was 20 when the combine invaded earth, he watched as the world he knew and those he loved were burned, shot or chrushed under the foot of "The Benafactor"'s mighty fury. Surviving the attack by hiding in a burned our building he eventually surendered himself to a patrol of CCA police officers and was assigned to city 17 shortly thereafter.

/me is standing guard at the nexus hardpoint
/it A fellow unit walks through the barrier and looks at the 04
CCA.helix.04says "Apex,10-50?"
CCA.apex.04 says "Sure."
/it The two units would proceed to patrol, upon walking through the district 3 barrier they notice a group of four citizens,two of them wearing red bandanna's
CCA.helix.04 yells "All of you,face the wall, now!"
/it As the two anti-citizens are distracted, one of the citizens tackles one of them
/it The helix unit draws a USP pistol and fires it above the two, one of the citizens retreats down the street
/me Draws his weapon and fires directly at the still standing anti-citizen,hitting him in the right lung
/it The anti-citizen that was tackled pulls out a shiv and gives the citizen above him a stab to the arm and kicks him off
/it before anymore damage is done,both units fire two shots each into the anti-citizen
CCA.helix.04 says "What have we done now?"
CCA.apex.04 radios in "10-20 assembly, one missing citizen, two dead, one injured, medical attention required asap"
/it Medical units would later heal the citizens wounds and the citizen would be questioned on what had happened, the other citizen would later be found and also quesitoned
